Biography
Jon W. Spencer joined Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, in 2007 and practices primarily in the firm's workers' compensation defense section. Before joining the firm, Mr. Spencer practiced insurance and workers' compensation defense in Missouri and Illinois.
Mr. Spencer is licensed in the states of Georgia, Missouri and Illinois as well as admitted to practice before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern and Western Districts of the U.S. District Courts for the state of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Mr. Spencer received his J.D. from the University of Missouri in 1994 and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri in 1991.
