Biography
Ashley Webber Broach joined Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, in 2004 and practices general civil litigation, focusing primarily on products liability and premises liability. Ms. Broach received her B.A. in Public Relations, with a minor in Speech Communications, from the Henry Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia in 2000. Ms Broach received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2004.
While in law school, Ms. Broach was a member of the Moot Court Board where she competed in the Evans Constitutional Law Competition and coached the GSU ABA National Moot Court Team. Additionally, she was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Phi Alpha Delta.
Ms. Broach is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court. She was named a Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine in 2012.

Ms. Broach enjoys tennis, skiing, reading and creative writing. She is an active member of Northside United Methodist Church. She and her husband Zac reside in Marietta with their children.
