Fred Ferrand will be a presenter during the 2012 PLRB/LIRB Conference being held in Orlando, Florida, April 15-18, 2012. He will be a co-presenter on "Commercial Large Loss Arson/Fraud Cases." The presentation will be presented twice during this conference on April 17 and again on April 18.

The session will allow you to:
** Take part in a mock trial and effectively deal with challenging issues, including civil authorities controlling the fire scene, fraud, and abusive claimant tactics.
** Identify who is an "insured" in commercial loss settings for examination under oath purposes.
** Determine which entities need to commit improper acts for "fraudulent acts" to be committed by the corporate insured.
** Identify specific ethical and legal duties that are owed to the commercial insured while pursuing coverage issues.
