Managing a catastrophic claim is far from elementary! Moderated by Mark Goodman of Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, the third annual session of this CAT seminar is being held on Wednesday, June 27, at Villa Christina from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm. The program will address the complexities of handling catastrophic cases and life care plans, with special focus on the pain component. We will provide you with insight into the workings of the Shepherd Center, offer practical suggestions on how to reduce the costs of your CAT claim and address legal issues as they relate to CAT cases.

Ryder to Facilitate Workers' Compensation Case Management Roundtable
June 7, 2012
Mike Ryder will be facilitating Workers' Compensation Case Management Roundtable discussions during the 2012 National Safety Conference for the Poultry Industry in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl. The discussions will be held in three, one-hour sessions, on June 7, 2012, between 9:45 am to 12:45 pm. The focus of the roundtables is to "discuss case management from incident to settlement."
